This was a perfect unit for us. Very modern inside and well set up. Great location near the beach and walk to the shops.

We booked the house for the lead up to my daughters wedding at Flaxton Gardens and it exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and couldn't fault a thing.

Well power went out twice and bed room smoke alarm keep on going off from shower and rest was good other then late check in and only gave us till 1200 check out so yea

We had the BEST time at this home. We are 2 families with 5 kids between us ranging from 10-15yrs. The kids had their own area downstairs with bar fridge, TV, games etc. adult rooms were beautiful, especially the HUGE master bedroom that looked out into bush. The kitchen, dining & deck area were large and very well appointed. Doors that slid right open let the beautiful outdoors inside in the living area. We had everything we needed including cling wrap, oil to cook, family games, books to read, etc. The best part for us was the facilities where the kids could safely ride bikes (provided by host too) around the big lake to the water craft area at Novotel. They spent hours playing on the catamaran and kayaks with friendly relaxed staff at Novotel. The walk around the lake was pretty & the grounds beautifully kept. We didn’t hear any whining from the kids that they were bored and we didn’t have to spend money entertaining them. Host was easily contactable & kind. Wine on arrival…amazing

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and in a very convenient location. We did not have to use the car at all, everywhere is within walking distance. As soon as we opened the door to the unit we felt relaxed.

Beautiful accommodation with all the required stuff for a weekend away. We enjoyed the pool and the house was clean and well maintained. Hosts were very responsive and help us with our questions. We enjoyed our week long stay which had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch and the shower was hot. The kitchen was well stocked and had a good supply of basics. We also enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine, thank you. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in Golden Beach at 9 Wills Ave, the house was perfect for our 2 family visit, plenty of space to unwind and all the living areas and bedrooms were spacious.

Calling this home gorgeous would be an understatement. Not only is it beautifully decorated with a stunning view and a lovely garden, it is so thoughtfully appointed and had so many great design elements and facilities available; the owners have put a lot of work into making this an amazing place to stay. It’s minutes from Montville and Mapleton, a short drive to the Sunshine Coast, and is honestly a brilliant oasis well situated for a getaway. We enjoyed a cosy winter stay here, but it would be equally enjoyable all year round. My family and I had a brilliant time here and will surely be back again.

A fantastic house for 3 couples and 2 infants. 3 bathrooms was great. The outdoor area could connect to the inside living by opening up the glass bifold doors. Outdoor heaters were great. Easy walking distance to the walkpath along the foreshore.

Such a lovely home! A perfect spot with the beach being down the road and close enough that you can make day trip to places such as Montville and Kenilworth. The house was open and spacious with a lovely front and back deck so sit in the morning and afternoon. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding stay at this property. It's one of the best places we have stayed in. The house was immaculate, the kitchen had everything you could hope for and was well stocked. The host was super responsive and answered every question we had. The location was great for what we needed. The whole family loved it and if we come back to Australia, we'll definitely rebook it!

The accommodation was very conveniently located just half a block from the main beach (Surf Lifesaving Club and supervised flagged beach). It was easy to take a quick walk down to the beach for sunset and sunrise when Coolum was alive with dog walkers, early morning / sunset surfers, people jogging/ doing beach yoga etc. Early morning coffee was available at several cafes. Restaurants were close by for lunch and dinner. The apartment itself was decorated with a simple beach vibe and was clean, and had a good layout for our party of six (1 room with Queen and 2 rooms each with double bed). We would definitely consider staying there again if we were in the area. Thanks!

This place was an awesome spot for a family of 9 to relax after a busy week in the Gold Coast. It provided everything we needed, just like we were at our home but a way better location.
The kids (aged from 5-10 years) absolutely loved the pools and having access to the resorts facilities was a real bonus. The lagoon is fantastic to have a go with the kayaks and catamarans, we would walk around it in the evenings with the kids and see the kangaroos.
The beach access is very close and a popular spot!
The communication from the hosts is fantastic, constant and quick to answer any questions. Us adults were all very glad we picked this place to stay, oh and we loved loved loved the dining table, it is awesome 😎. Thank you so much hosts!!

this was an awesome place for 3 families to share with plenty of space for everyone and 3 bathrooms made life easy. great indoor outdoor space opening to the pool. plenty of provisions when we arrived which made life easy. there were also a few bikes and scooters to use.
wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house and if in the future, we come back this way, we would definately book again.

This was a great house for two families and our dad to stay at for four nights. Plenty of space for everyone, and although we visited in winter, the kids still enjoyed the outdoor area (particularly the table tennis) and even braving the pool! The kitchen was the stand out and made cooking while on holidays enjoyable! Overall, a lovely house and only a short walk to a wonderful water view.

Even though the weather was poor, we had a great stay. Kids enjoyed movies on Disney+ and we enjoyed the card games provided. A walk across the road to the beach, kids playground and Surf Club. Shops and restaurants nearby and short drive from Mooloolaba, Sea life etc. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided toys/games and books for our little ones, making the stay even more memorable. Also, impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay and loved walking around to restaurants and playgrounds. The sound of the waves is relaxing, and the beach is super handy over the road. We would stay again.

It was perfect for a family of four. Our three year old was so excited to have his own double bed and the host had a cot ready for our 4 month old.
Greeted with a hand written note and a treat we found the place bright, clean and inviting.
A perfect location directly across from a park and the beach and local shops a one minute walk away.
Loved drift cafe for breakfast, happy Harry’s for burgers and gelato rumba for a sweet treat after dinner.
Would be more than happy to stay here again, host replied quickly when we had a question and the apartment had all the basics we needed.

This house was a beautiful and spacious spot for my family of 5 adults and 1 infant for an entire week. Just like the photos, and such a treat being so close to the beach. Had all the amenities and well stocked pantry which helped a lot, a perfect base to explore Sunshine Coast. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

We absolutely adored this house! It was beautiful, we loved decor, wallpaper and little finishing touches. Our girls love the beach so that was a daily afternoon activity, with an easy 2 minute walk to beach and park(dog beach after 4pm).

Very quiet location, walking distance to restaurants and cafes. We loved fish and chips from 'The shack' and highly recommend. Locals are really lovely and friendly.

Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic deck at the front and back of the house, we spent our time reading/drawing in the sun 🌞

What a beautiful home! My family and I reserved this for a local wedding and could not believe how amazing this home was. Great ammenities, large spaces and private location. Kitchen was stacked with everything, which made cooking so enjoyable. Host was super polite and made this stay very easy. So glad we booked and can’t wait to return one day.

This was the third stay for us. We still enjoyed every aspect of the home. It really does feel like a home away from home. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and cosy, the amenities were good. The view of course didn't change and was simply stunning from the outside deck. Wonderful restaurants and shops handy. The hosts are friendly and very obliging. Might be back again next year. it is a great place to stay.
