The property was ideal walking distance to beach and local cafe…Kawana shopping centre down the road and just super quiet and peaceful. The home was beautiful absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us my only regret is not staying for an additional couple of days. Thankful to be able to stay in luxury with our fur babies who were very well behaved and enjoyed their stay also because of the beach life 🐾🐾 🩷 next time we book this place will book it with friends as it’s such a good size home for families. This home was wonderful. Large outdoor social area with pool and large garden was a big highlight. Everything is very modern and working perfectly, the house is only a few years old. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Mooloola Valley town centre, which has all the basic amenities, is 3 minutes drive. You will have an amazing time here!

We had the best time in this beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for anything more (except maybe some more sunshine), but even the rain didn’t dampen our enjoyment of all the house and the hinterland has to offer. Montville and Maleny are gorgeous places to visit. Maleny chocolates are the best I have ever had
At home we found everything very comfortable. The kitchen is sensational. The beds are super comfy and bathrooms are amazing. But without a doubt the incredible vista from the huge deck is second to none. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend this beautiful home to everyone.

It was perfect for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Its close to the beach and wonderful beach walks although the beach isn't for toddlers or anyone that isn't a strong swimmer (at least at the time we visited). But it is close to shops and good food and everything else is a short drive away in the crazy but efficient motorways of the Sunshine Coast.

I wanted to book a quiet, relaxing weekend away for my little family to celebrate my birthday. I couldn’t have picked a better accommodation. It was in a lovely quiet area, exceptionally clean, the pool was obviously a big hit with the kids, I appreciated the comfortable beds and my husband appreciated the coffee machine. It really did cater to everyone’s needs and wants, came fully equipped with everything you’d need for a home away from home. We were all beyond happy to stay here and found it hard to leave. If we ever get the opportunity to again we will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Wow - such a beautiful location! Extremely comfortable unit - we had 5 adults staying there and never got under each other's feet and having a second key to the apartment provided was just so helpful. We never needed to touch our cars after arriving because everything is just a short stroll.

Beautifully renovated apartment with everything you need, we were really impressed. It exceeded our expectations. The location is great, across the road from the beach and only a 5 minute walk to Kawana Shopping centre.
So many lovely beaches to choose from as well, which are only 10-20 minutes away!

We couldn’t fault this beautiful, peaceful and well kept property. For people who love nature and space - this was a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle for a while on our holiday … we were close enough to enjoy many tourist attractions and loved the homely feel and private pool. We loved waking to the song of the birds each morning and relaxing in the beautiful alfresco in the afternoon. Aircon was amazing and the large spacious kitchen and family area was well used. Would definitely highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone

Hosts were very flexible when our plans changed and we wanted to stay additional nights.
The house was exactly as described, beautiful surroundings and plenty of space. You wouldn’t have known the house was pet friendly as it was spotless. Great communication with the hosts and it suited us being situated on the Sunshine Coast. Oz Zoo is 15min drive, nearest beach and hinterlands is 20mins.
Would comfortably fit 6 adults with a large sofa. Added perk of being reclining.

If anything to improve would be to add comfy outdoor furniture such as a sofa or even sun beds.

Our group of 5 enjoyed having our get together here. The space was comfy and relaxing and spacious.
Awesome views. The gardens were lovely and the beds were all very comfy.
We enjoyed the area and loved that 'The Barn' was walking distance for a good coffee. We explored Montville Village and enjoyed the atmosphere there.
This home felt secure/safe with the large electronic front gate and the keypad for the front door entry.

Beautiful house… the view was incredible! Everything was as described and we had such an enjoyable stay.
The media room didn’t have a projector so we couldn’t actually use it and we did have an issue with the water pump but the host helped solved the issue quickly! Thanks for the great stay!

Had a fabulous stay at Moffat Beach! The house is in the perfect location - everything in walkable distance, but equally comfortable to sit and have a drink in multiple different decks and gathering spots in the home. One of the best equipped kitchens I have experienced in an Air BnB, with everything you could possibly need to cook away from home. Home is exactly as depicted and described, and was super clean on arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My family and I had a a lovely stay for 4 nights. The hosts were very responsive with excellent communication. The toaster stopped working on the first morning and our host was able to supply us with a new one within a few hours of notice and left us some nice cooies for the inconvenience.
The lounge/kitchen space is open with lovely views of the ocean and large shipping vessels that go through the channel.
The apartment was abit older than expected however the owner has done a great job renovating to make the space feel clean and modern.

Our experience at this lovely Airbnb in Golden Beach was nothing short of amazing, it exceeded all our expectations! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, and close to local shops and cafes.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the area – it truly felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay. Very good communication and instructions for entering/ leaving. The house is beautiful and peaceful in a quiet residential street, which was perfect for our small family. The kids loved the pool and used it every day. The house is comfortable and relaxing.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully presented and check in was a breeze.

The property is within 30min of many popular attractions, whether it's chasing Waterfalls and peaceful walks or some of the more adventurous attractions like the tree top challenge or Autralia zoo, it has it all. The management team provide a very handy guide book to help you plan your adventures for the day. With all all that said, some days we just enjoyed lazing by the pool.

Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore the area.

We love staying at this Moffat beach house. Always a relaxing stay and a great location where we can leave the car at home and walk to the beach and cafes. Our hosts were great and communication and checking in/out made so easy.

Wow. What an amazing home that exceeded our expectations. I loved that it had plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, kitchen supplies etc. The home was clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The pool was beautiful and warm and was our favourite part by far. Night swim’s looking up at the stars. We wanted a holiday to just chill and recharge and that’s exactly what we were able to do. We have already booked to come back at Easter time! Thanks so much

We had a family break here and everyone had a great time. Lots of room for the 9 of us with lots of separate areas large and small to relax. Everyone got to enjoy kayaking and swimming in the pools and ocean. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your lovely home

Great location especially with three young kids. Park and beach straight across the road and close to cafes and restaurants. I missed in the description about no ac’s when I booked but it wasn’t a problem with fans throughout and a sea breeze. Plenty of room for a family of five. Can’t wait to stay again. Hosts were very helpful and communicative.

This was exactly what we needed.
The space was perfect for our family and the pool was a huge hit with our teenagers as well as us.
It was close enough to everything with just a short drive and it was always a pleasure to come back and relax in the peace.

Beautiful location. Spacious apartment with fantastic views. Great communication by the hosts. Very flexible on check in time and accomodating of our pet. Having the river on one side and the ocean on the other was fabulous for walking and swimming. Would not hesitate coming back again.

The cafe downstairs was great and very handy being in the same building. It can be a little noisy first thing in the morning when you're trying to sleep in if that's something you like to do on vacation.

Beautiful home and very spacious!

We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the magnesium pool - definitely a very strong 9/10. Whilst we acknowledge it was accurately listed at time of booking, it would have been 10/10 if the master bedroom had have had a king bed (for such a luxurious house it would be worth the additional investment) and also if there was an under cover area (even just a car port/shade) for guests to park their car under during stay, especially during heavy summer storm season as there were a few during our stay - would also add better value to the tariff.

Overall lovely house and great areas for all to relax - our boys especially liked the media room and the house was very clean and tidy inside.

Great place to stay with everything you need to get started and a few extra goodies as well. Easy checkin, flat walk to coffee shops and restaurants and pool was a great temp and had spa jets! Maybe just bring eyeshades if you like a sleep in as frosted glass doors on bedrooms (and bathrooms!) mean this place is full of light as soon as the sun is up 😀

This house was amazing and the big pool was a hit with adults and kids alike. The place is set on a beautiful lot with large soft grassy yard for the kids to play. Everything was incredibly neat and clean. I’m not sure the BBQ had been used before as it was that clean. The location is great with shops 4 min away. We will be back.

Loved it. Had everything we needed to enjoy a week of family time at the beach. House was spotless and very close to the beach, with everything we needed (minus a bread knife…unless we just couldn’t find it!). Champagne and chocolates on arrival was a lovely surprise. Our pup had heaps of secure space to run around. I think the house is better than the photos. We would love to go back and stay again!

Location brilliant-amazing views.Coffee shop downstairs-noise no problem.Host very responsive to requests & gave a late checkout.Area busy but easy to access everything.Great walks,swimming options-surf beach & calm river water.Bedding was comfortable.6 people staying but found there was not enough seating in 2 tv areas to sit together especially on rainy days. No blinds/curtains in both tv areas, makes it difficult to watch tv during the day.Curtains in downstairs bedrooms don't cover the whole sliding doors so no sleep in. No inside dining table,outside areas are not weatherproof.A deep clean is required including the aircon units which smelt moldy,1 is broken.Needs a lot of maintenance.Doors sticking,visible wiring & water damage upstairs.Stayed 2 wks,kitchen ok but not really well supplied plates & glasses.6 of each so dishwasher used alot.Wifi upstairs buffering regulalry,wifi extender needed.Rusty outdoor tables.The unit was overpriced in its current state,will return if updated.

The unit had potential, but unfortunately, it fell short on cleanliness. We found cotton buds behind the couch and noticed the place was a bit dusty overall, indicating it could use a deep clean. The host acknowledged the dirt behind the couch when we sent a photo and explained they were in a hurry while preparing the unit. While we appreciated their responsiveness, cleanliness is a key expectation for any stay, and we hope they address this moving forward.

Lovely big family house, spacious and beautiful big pool. We can’t really fault the house at all, we stay in lots of air bnbs and their communication was also very good!

One morning we woke up to the pool covered in mosquitoes but we think that’s because of the lake thing other side of garden,lots of swampy water around on other properties( not their property).

Very quiet at night good sleep!
Lots of towels provided which was great.

TVs in every bedroom, comfy beds. Good aircon system.
